I started Focus Media in early 2022. Just me, a camera bag, and a willingness to show up early. Bay Area agents needed content that matched the caliber of the homes they were selling, and most of the options were either overpriced or underwhelming. I figured I could do better.
It grew one relationship at a time. An agent liked the photos, referred a colleague, that colleague had a $3M listing. Word got around. Over the years I built a team, added drone footage and video tours, and dialed in a process that gets everything delivered within 48 hours. No excuses, no delays.
Along the way, I kept hearing the same thing from local businesses: "I know I need marketing, I just don't know where to start." That's how the Local Lead Engine was born: a done-for-you lead generation program for contractors, med spas, and service businesses that actually works.
Today we're still small on purpose. A lean team that moves fast, knows each client by name, and treats every shoot like it matters. Because it does.

Keeps everything running. Scheduling, editor coordination, client communication. If a deliverable hits its deadline, it's because Max made sure it did. The person who turns a chaotic shoot calendar into a clean operation.
Senior Creative Specialist
The person behind the camera. Full-time videographer and photographer handling real estate shoots, drone work, and on-site content production. If you've seen our work, Cody probably shot it.
